Referral ask

Send to a customer who has just renewed, given a 9-10 NPS, posted a positive social mention, or sent unprompted praise in the last 30 days. Always name a specific person at a specific company — never ask for "anyone who might be a fit." Include a ready-to-forward intro paragraph so they can do this in 30 seconds. Limit to two named asks per email.
